Driven by the new market needs imposed by the new European MDR Regulation, we have designed a supply system with air compressor for medical air compliant with the guidelines set by it.
AIRMED uses the process of compressing and filtering ambient air, using a compressor, coalescent filter, dryer, filter chain, sterile filter and buffer tank.
Not only that, but it is also equipped with a water and oil separator for the treatment of condensates and waste, includes a gas analysis panel with CO2 sensor to check the air quality and a smoke detector to prevent the risk of fire.
Process management occurs automatically through an electrical panel and PLC:
– remote communication with MODBUS protocol
– sending alarms via SMS (optional)
– availability of dry contacts
– standby mode
