Preventive and periodic maintenance
Weekly and at every technical maintenance intervention, ensure the maintenance of the essential prerequisites for the correct functioning and safe maneuverability of the components. Any anomaly found must be immediately reported to the Customer Technical Function for a rapid solution. A preliminary check on the good condition of all components is carried out to highlight any considerable fault due to obsolescence or wear.
Furthermore, the use of non-original spare parts and consumables can affect the proper functioning of the system and/or device and consequently its compliance.
Extraordinary and corrective maintenance
In case of malfunction or breakdown of a device, please contact S.I.G. Sigra Imprim Group S.r.l. for warranty operations.
For the activities of initial diagnosis of the issue and subsequent interventions, always refer to the documentation provided by the Manufacturer of the individual components.
Maintenance operations on faults must be carried out exclusively by personnel qualified by the Manufacturer of the assembly.
